PERIMENOPAUSE & MENOPAUSE

This image is inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Instead of hiding the cracks, kintsugi fills them, making the piece not only whole again, but stronger and more valuable because of what it has been through.

We chose it because perimenopause and menopause are not just medical events. They are life stages that, for too long, women have faced alone, without the language, support, or recognition they deserved. This is about changing that. So women can speak honestly, support each other, and move forward with strength and clarity.

Life doesn’t just stop and neither should you.

WHEN is here to give you the full picture, not just the parts that are easy to talk about.

Perimenopause and menopause affect every woman differently. Some move through this life stage with relative ease. Others feel it deeply in their bodies, their minds, and their daily lives. Either way, most women are given far less information than they deserve.

WHEN’s perimenopause and menopause content is built on evidence, developed with clinicians, and written for real women navigating real life. Not just hot flushes and hormone therapy. The whole picture.
